Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (SMP Kolkata) handled 65.66 million tonnes of cargo in FY 2022-23, recording an all-time high throughput which is a 12.87 per cent increase from the previous record of 58.175 million tonnes in 2021-22.
