V. O. Chidambaranar Port (VOC Port) achieved a staggering 63.08 per cent reduction in pre‑berthing detention time, dropping from 31.20 hours in April-June period of FY 2023-24 to just 11 hours 52 minutes during the corresponding period of FY 2025-26.
