The Kamarajar Port Limited invited bids for selection of operator for upgradation, equipping, operations, maintenance, and transfer (UEOMT) of General Cargo Berth-1 at the Port on December 5, 2025. The last date forbid submission is January 19, 2026.
The work is expected to be completed in 24 months.
The project involves upgradation, equipping the terminals, development of storage yard operations, maintenance and transfer of General Cargo Berth-1 at Kamarajar Port in the state of Tamil Nadu for a concession period of 30 years through Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The estimated cost of Rs 2,208.4 million.
