In a notable development, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), continued its steady surge in cargo handling in calendar year (CY) 2021 with total container traffic of 5.63 million twentyfoot equivalent units (TEUs) as compared to 4.47 million TEUs in CY 2020, registering a growth of 25.86 per cent.
