According to reports, JNPT intends to utilise 60% renewable energy, adopt multi-fuels (CNG/electric/LNG), shore power, LNG bunkering, energy efficiency, smart lighting, greenbelt cover, water conservation/sewage treatment, and 2.5 MW solar plants under the Maritime India Vision 2030.
