Visakhapatnam Port welcomes vessel, carrying largest cargo to India

On July 25, 2024 Visakhapatnam Port welcomed vessel, MV Huahine from Gabon, Central Africa. The castle max size vessel which carried 199,900 metric tonnes (mt) of manganese ore.

This is the largest cargo carried by any vessel to an Indian port. It will be discharging 124,500 mt of the bulk cargo at Visakhapatnam Port.
