Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the IIT Guwahati Technology Innovation and Development Foundation Guwahati (IITG TIDF) to develop qualified human resources and research personnel with industry-aligned competencies in technologies of underwater design and manufacturing.
